She/Her

Therapist

There are so many moments in life where we feel stuck, overwhelmed by our circumstances or feel like our fears and anxieties have too tight a hold on us. Sometimes we need a little extra support to work through these feelings and experiences to move us towards healing. As a therapist, I believe that true healing begins with understanding. My practice stems from a trauma-informed and social justice lens using principles of empathy, active listening, and genuine curiosity to help you better understand yourself. In therapy I want to recognize the unique intersections of our own identities and foster a deeper understanding of each other. As a queer white cis-woman I strive to be accountable for my own self-awareness and how my identities show up in our sessions so that you can feel at home in your own.
