I was raised in a small community with a deep love for family and nature. My own first experience in counseling helped give words to things I had always felt deep inside. Learning about healthy self-development and relationships changed my life and sparked a passion to share that knowledge with others.
Human beings are wired for connection, and much of my work is grounded in relational neuroscience—the understanding that our brains and nervous systems are shaped by our relationships and experiences across the lifespan. From birth through adulthood, we seek safe, responsive relationships that support emotional health, stability, and purpose. When those needs go unmet, difficult experiences can affect our physical, mental, and relational well-being in ways we often don’t recognize.
As a therapist, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their closest attachments, life experiences, beliefs, strengths, and challenges—including the traumas (both big and small) that shape how they move through the world. Together, we pursue insight, new strategies, and healing pathways that support a more grounded, connected, and abundant life.
My approach is attachment-based, trauma-informed, and relational, integrating elements of relational neuroscience. I view therapy as a collaborative process that honors your inner wisdom and capacity for growth. It would be an honor to walk with you as you deepen self-understanding and cultivate healthier relationships with yourself and others.
