Hi, I’m Kasey, a trauma-informed therapist, and I’m looking forward to working with you. As an EMDR therapist and a trauma survivor, I am excited to help others overcome their biggest fears, roadblocks, and traumas. Together, will explore your past and what has you feeling stuck where you’re at.
As we venture into your past and set goals for your future, I will employ holistic techniques primarily from EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). All those fancy therapy words are just to say our approach may change based on your current needs and goals.
