Amanda Wells holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Women's Studies from Aquinas College and is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work (MSW). As the Practice Manager at Telebehavioral Health US, Amanda oversees administrative operations, manages patient communications, and ensures the smooth coordination of client intake and appointments. She also handles billing tasks, including benefit verification and claims processing, while supporting credentialing processes to maintain up-to-date provider files.

Amanda plays a key role in the organization’s daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow across departments. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, hiking, playing video games, and listening to music.
