I think we can all agree, life is hard! The most honest, brave, powerful, and difficult thing we can do is reach out for support. Kudos to you for starting this courageous (and maybe scary) process! Needing support does not mean you are weak or broken, it means you are human. Our work together will begin with recognizing the synergistic relationship between the mind, body, and soul, and how this interplay impacts one's overall well-being. My goal as a therapist is to help you feel safe and comfortable to be you. I am a strong believer in the science behind the healing power of laughter. I find it useful in session to disarm fears and cultivate safety and build trust. In our work together we will cultivate a safe space to explore internal narratives and core beliefs keeping you from being your best self and explore tools and skills that work for you to be able to take on whatever life throws at you.
